The last two years have been uncertain, complex, and difficult. Most supply chain leaders have struggled to produce impressive results. The continued disruptions have resulted in inefficiency, ineffectiveness, and poor customer satisfaction.

The role of Supply Chain leaders has become the toughest job at the C-Level. This position was much more oriented to reaction, very tactical, and managing rather than leading. It is important to look ahead based on the lessons the pandemic has left. Businesses were radically changed.
